1. General Terms & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between the jackpots platform and its users. By using jackpots' services — whether through the website, mobile app, or any other channel — you are deemed to have automatically accepted these terms.

Jackpots reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be informed of any changes via registered email or app notification. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These jackpots Terms & Conditions are written in English for the convenience of our users. However, in the event of any legal dispute, the English version shall be considered the definitive version.

Scope of the Platform

Jackpots services include Sports Betting, Live Casino, lottery, and other gaming products. Each product may have its own additional terms, which apply alongside these general terms.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with jackpots, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register.
• Each person may register only one account.

Account Security Responsibilities

3. Deposits & Payment Methods

Jackpots currently supports the following payment methods:

• Mobile Pay — Both personal and agent accounts are accepted.
• Nagad — Direct transfers and merchant payments.
• Rocket — The mobile banking service from Dutch-Bangla Bank.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT). jackpots does not charge any hidden deposit fees. However, transfer fees imposed by mobile banking providers may apply.

Deposit Confirmation Time

Deposits via Mobile Pay and Nagad are typically credited to your jackpots account within 5–15 minutes. During peak hours or in the event of a technical issue, a short delay may occur. If your deposit hasn't arrived after 30 minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction ID.

4. Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply to withdrawing winnings from jackpots:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile number registered on your account.
• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳2,00,000.
• Withdrawals from bonus winnings are subject to wagering requirements.

Jackpots typically processes withdrawal requests within 1 to 6 hours. Larger withdrawals may require additional verification, which can take up to 24 hours.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Jackpots offers a variety of bonuses — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and VIP rewards. Each bonus has its own specific terms; however, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus comes with wagering requirements (typically 10x–30x).
• If wagering requirements are not met within 30 days of receiving a bonus, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are for personal entertainment purposes only — any attempt to abuse bonuses may result in account suspension.

Reasons for Bonus Cancellation

Jackpots reserves the right to cancel bonuses in the following situations: claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, using bots or automated software, registering with false information, and any form of bonus abuse.

6. Betting Rules & Outcome Settlement

All betting outcomes on jackpots are determined based on official results from international sports authorities. Please keep the following betting rules in mind:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled; however, if a match is called off, the stake will be refunded.
• Any bets already confirmed at the time of a live betting delay or disconnection will remain valid.
• Jackpots reserves the right to void any bets placed at odds that were clearly published in error.
• Placing conflicting bets on the same event (arbitrage betting) is strictly prohibited.

In the Event of a Match Interruption

If a match is cancelled or left incomplete, jackpots will determine the outcome in accordance with the rules of the relevant sports body. As a general rule, a result is considered valid if more than half of the match has been played.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jackpots platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Betting using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Using jackpots for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
• Deliberately exploiting technical glitches or bugs on the platform.
• Attempting to harass or harm other users.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Jackpots may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or submission of incorrect information.
• When directed by a court or regulatory authority.
• For investigation purposes in cases of suspicious financial transactions.
• At the user's own request for self-exclusion.

Before closing an account, jackpots will generally notify the user by email or SMS and allow an opportunity to resolve the issue. However, in cases of serious violations, immediate action may be taken without prior notice.

If your account is closed for legitimate reasons, any remaining valid balance will be refunded. However, if the closure is due to a breach of our rules, your balance and any bonuses may be forfeited.

9. Responsible Betting

Jackpots believes betting should be a form of entertainment — not a source of income. That's why we encourage all users to bet responsibly. jackpots provides the following tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set a deposit limit in advance — daily, weekly, or monthly.
• Betting Break: Take a break from betting for a set period — anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent account closure option, effective for a minimum of 6 months.
• Reality Check: The ability to view a summary of your betting session time and spending at regular intervals.

10. Legal Provisions & Dispute Resolution

These jackpots Terms & Conditions are governed by international gaming laws and regulations. Any legal disputes will first be referred to jackpots customer service for resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through support, it will be escalated to jackpots' licensing authority. jackpots is committed to fair and transparent resolutions at all times.

Jackpots' liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of its services is limited. jackpots is not responsible for issues caused by technical errors, internet disconnections, or third-party failures.

Notice of Changes to Terms

If jackpots makes any changes to these Terms & Conditions, users will be notified via their registered email and app notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. This period may be shorter in the case of immediate legal or regulatory requirements.
